Refund and Return Policy

At Reeka Ayurveda, we prioritize your convenience and satisfaction. Here’s everything you need to know about canceling an order, requesting refunds, or replacement policies.

How to Cancel Your Order

We have made it easy for you to cancel your order directly from the Orders section on our website

1. Order Cancellation Timing

• You can request a cancellation anytime before the order is delivered.

2. Cancellation Process

• If the cancellation is applicable, a Cancel button will appear next to the order in your order history.

• Click the Cancel button to initiate the cancellation process.

3. Refund Process for Prepaid Orders

For orders in “Confirmed” status: Refunds can be credited via UPI or bank transfer within 2-4 working days.

For shipped or in-transit orders: A cancellation communication will be sent to our logistics partner. Refunds will be initiated only after the return process begins.

Delivered orders cannot be refunded.

Cancellation and Refund Status Updates

• You will receive email updates at every stage:

1. When your cancellation request is successful.

2. When your refund is processed along with the refund reference details.

• Refunds typically reflect in your bank account or UPI wallet within 2-4 working days after initiation.

Return Policy

At Reeka Ayurveda, we do not accept returns. However, in the rare cases below, we’ll gladly send a replacement:

1. Wrong products delivered.

2. Missing products in the order.

3. Damaged products delivered.

4. Expired products delivered.

How to Request a Replacement

• We provide 7 days Replacement Policy.

• Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Email our support team at support@reekaayurveda.com with the following details:

• Order ID

• Photos of the product issue (if applicable)

• Our team may request additional information before processing the request.

• Once approved, a new order ID will be generated and reflected in your order history.

Miscellaneous Information

• Refunds processed to UPI or bank accounts are completed within 2-4 working days.

• If there is a failure at the payment partner’s end, please contact us at support@reekaayurveda.com for resolution.
